Items that are purchased as permanently reduced stock cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
In this case, the Online Department needs to be notified and the order needs to be returned back to our Online Department for further assessment.
If the item is deemed faulty by our team, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.
If your item is not faulty you can return your Sale item for an Online Store Credit, or return it in store for an Exchange or Giftcard* only.
*Please be advised that giftcards can not be redeemed online and are valid for use in-store only.
